The sun emits what are called ultraviolet rays which can cause cancer if you get way to much of it. But it can also be a good thing because if you get very little ultraviolet rays, then it can cause your bones to get stronger or bigger

The sunburn damages the internal Epidermis making your skin weaker and weaker, you may heal this and it will eventually wear off, it may also give you a red intact to your skin
