As this is forecasting, there are different opinions.

Answer 1

Historically, Israel has won all the wars or other military engagements in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, but the conflict has not yet been resolved. Additionally, the Qur'an shows that the Jews will be victorious in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. Verses 5:20-21 indicate that as long as the people shepherded by Moses (i.e. the Children of Israel) defend the land, they will be victorious, else they will be losers. It is likely that Israel will remain the dominant power in this relationship.

Answer 2

Israel will prevail.

Since this has not happened yet, all of the different answers below are based on conjecture.

Answer 1

The end result will be that Israel will again get taken over by the Arabs. The land has been in constant conflict. Jews have never really had much ownership of the land for very long before they were invaded. When the Messiah arrives it would mean again the hand over of ownership of the land back to the Arabs. The Jews will again be expected to maintain their exiles. And, the end of the world would be delayed until people came to an understanding by giving them one last chance to accept God. The end of the World would then be entertained by all. Unfortunately, Arabs are not a very smart people. Israel is surrounded by Arab nations and yet they are controlling most of the region by their Jewish Lobby groups that also control American government, while the Palestinians lose hope in ever seeing peace."

Answer 2

At this point, it is nigh impossible to predict what the end result of Israeli-Palestinian Conflict will be, but there are some general trends currently. Israel's alliances are shifting from being strongly in-line with secular Muslim states like Egypt and Turkey to having a stronger relationship with non-Muslim states such as Cyprus and Greece, as well as relying more on the relationship with the USA. This will compel Israel to become more self-reliant and shift gradually more towards the right and become increasingly belligerent.

Contemporaneously, the Palestinians are dissatisfied with both Hamas and Fatah, but see Hamas as having scored more victories against Israel. This and the increase of settlements in the West Bank will lead to Palestinians also swinging more to the right and becoming more militant. This will likely lead to a Third Intifada. The Israeli military occupation of Palestine will continue for the foreseeable future in this scenario.

Then the two-state solution becomes a question of time. If the occupation exists for too long and too many Israeli Settlers become part of the West Bank, only a one-state solution will be truly viable.

Answer 3

There are two possibilities: The first possibility is to have one country under any agreed upon name and national flag; bilingual and bi-religion; in which all citizens; Jews and Muslim; are treated equally and subject to same human rights (in education, jobs, politics, ... etc)The second possibility is the withdrawal of the Israelis from all the lands occupied in June 1967 (including East Jerusalem) and establishment of Palestine country on these lands with its capital is East Jerusalem.

I also fully agree on Answer 4 below and support its arguments. However, as we say that the Israelis have the right to live within secure borders and to run their country as they wish we should say the same for the Palestinians. That is why I have stated the two possibilities in above.

Answer 4

The tragedy here is that through three answers choc full of everything from quasi-messianic vision to the same hate-filled paranoid canards that we all know by heart, nobody is bold enough yet to predict that the power players in the region will all get together and proclaim as their joint domestic and external policy that Israel exists, Israel has the right to exist, Jews have the right to live their lives within secure borders and run their country as they wish, that the so-called "Palestinian" so-called "refugees" are offered citizenship and aid by the countries in which they reside, all standing proclamations of "Death to Israel" and "Into the Sea with the Jews" are rescinded, and that a new age of peace and mutual prosperity for all in the region begins.

Hey, I'm entitled to my conjecture too. It's no more fanciful, improbable, or one-sided than some of the previous ones.
