Remove the spindle and then bring it to a shop to have it pressed out. Then have the new one pressed in. replace the spindle back in the car with the new hub
They are usually pressed in & have to be pressed out. if you are lucky & is screw in type, You can double nut & turn. Sometimes a c clamp works for press if not too snug

if I understand the question you asked correctly, I would say you are in need of a clutch but it might need adjustment but not likely.
