I have only ran mine once in 40 degree weather. My first time launching a gtp and I ran a 14.3 with no traction what so ever. My buddy ran a 13.58 stock intake, 3.4 pulley and 3 inch down pipe. I have zzp's stage 2 set up (best for the money and easily capable of mid to low 13's with good driving).
the easiest and cheapest way is to drop the size of the supercharger pulley. but remember you have to do "supporting mods" so that you dont hurt your engine due to increased boost. Examples are exhaust mods, CAI, tune, colder plugs, lower thermostat, etc. The stock size is 3.8. you could go to a 3.6 without any mods. will give you aprox. 2 more lbs. of boost and 10-20 hp. any size smaller than that you will have to have supporting mods.
u should hear 2.1 tune that's why u gt it work////////////////
i ran a 13.2 last month in my 2008 grand prix gxp ls4 no mods. left traction control on stalled up all the way and launched with a .34 reaction time
If you are running at sea level with a manual 350z you may have about 15.2s and 15.5 with a automatic. maybe you can have 13s with little mods like the basics bolt-ons; like intake, headers, exhaust, slenum spacers, and some ecu tuning.
it will not hurt it immidently but if you don't have the supporting mods it can actually cause you to lose power do to knock retard on the ignition. in order to effectively upgrade it you should have at least a cold air intake, headers, u bend delete and if possible a re flashed ecu. you can find these parts at company's such as zzperformance and pfyc
As for additional mods necessary to make the modified engine live check out the posts at www.clubgp.com There is alot more needed (modification wise) than just swapping out the pulley and belt. Attention must be paid to other components in the system for reliability. Decreasing pulley size increases compression and heat -both are detrimental to engine life. Many people have gone down this road and walked home -learn from their mistakes. "Keep this in mind -The need for exhaust mods and cooling increases as the pulley size decreases." Also "the transmissions are the weak link in these cars and need serious attention if you have high HP # dreams" Hope this helps "G"

No turbo will direct fit onto this car. There are many supporting mods that go along with a turbo that would have to be replaced as well.
