Rear drum brakes or disc?? Drum brakes: Drum out of round, axel seal leaking oil onto shoes, hold down kit came apart causing shoes to jam, parking cable stuck, cracked drum(hardly ever), seized wheel cylinder. Disc: Rotor out of round, seized caliper, cracked rotor (hardly ever), Seized parking brake cable, broken parking brake shoes or hardware jamming up inside rotor
