If your grand am was running before you did all of this then chances are you may have installed the CKP(crank positioning sensor) incorrectly. There is a correct alignment and air gap. You need to get these specs. If this is set correctly then thee may be defective ignition parts. Make sure you have the correct spark plugs (Reach, Gap, etc.). If all checks out correctly then it is possible you have a defective module or new coils that you installed. Let me know if you need anythnig else.
