C/V joint needs replaced. Check the right (pass side) drive axle joints. If the joint boots (plastic folded like an Accordion) have cracks in them, the water and dirt gets in and destroys the joint causing a knock..especially when turning. Check the transmission mount also since this will also cause a knock when putting it in reverse but won't make a noise while driving. As a sidenote, if the joint is worn out, check your warranty...this could be covered by Dodge.
