Best guess without actually touching the vehicle would be the voltage regulator. on most cars this is part of the alternator. I would start by checking the voltage on the battery while the car is idling and while running ~2000 rpm

bhind ur glove conpartment, there is a fuse that might b blowed
pull the power lock fuse,,, my 94 cutlass did the samething..

it is located behind the power steering pump on the engine block
apparently the window motor is bad and will need replaced.
more than likely you have a blown fuse in the fusebox for the power windows.
