It means that the ABS computer has detected a fault with the ABS circuit, meaning that there is a problem with a wheel speed sensor, the ABS computer or the actuator. You'll need to have the ABS diagnostic codes read to find out what the computer thinks is wrong.

Had the same problem with my 92 cutlass ciera. It turned out to be ac compressor. Probably the clutch.

I can help you I had that problem on my 1988 cutlass ciera and the answer is that one of the lights on the back not the third small on is not working. Open the trunk take out the bulb itself and check the wiring. That what was wrong with mine someone didn't have it wired right. Hope this helps you out.

The high idle may be caused by old spark plugs and wires. As far as the temperature problem there are several things that may cause this, but the thermostat is the easiest and cheapest thing to check.
worn brakes could be the cause or check the A frame bushings
It's probably your'e brake light switch sticking ,i think it's down under the brake pedal connected to the pedal try pulling up on pedal , check switch,unplug it see if lights go out
