All of these parts run on electricity, and for all of them to fail would be bad. Bad or burnt wiring could cause them not to work, or a alternator going bad could cause them not to work as well.

Is your fuse blown? I have the same problem with my truck. Are any other lights out, or just the instrument panel lights? Often the fuse powers other things. For instance my instrument panel lights are out and so are my running lights. I have found that I have a short somewhere in the wiring.
