∙ 2007-03-05 19:30:26My wife has experienced this on several occasions. She has experienced all three scenarios below. First, make sure that all doors are tightly closed (sometimes the tail gate needs to be closed harder) Second, the interior lights can be turned on by using the thumb wheel next to the light switch by rotating it up and "clicking" it on. Make sure this is not locked in th on position. Third, after confirming that the second step is not the issue, try pushing the dome buttons.

pretty easy really, make sure your interior lights are not turned on. Your headlights control should also be the interior light controller. Turn it clockwise or counterclockwise to turn your interior lights off. You'll run your battery down if you dont

It migt be a problem with the central computer or more simply by the symptoms you describe I'll go for an alarm sytem problem
A blown fuse or a damaged computer would cause the turn signals, interior lights, and door locks not to work in the Mazda 3. The fuses are located under the dash on the driver's side of the car.
Press dome override button 3 or 4 times till you here a beep to put headlights and interior lights back on auto
