The oil pressure is created by the oil pump which is mechanicly driven inside the engine. When oil is cold it is thicker so oil pressure is higher, as it warms it thins and lowers the pressure slightly. When you rev the engine up the oil pump pumps faster, therefore raising the pressure in accordance with the rpm. Those readings sound fine to me. Hope this helps
