My initial guess would be either an error in rebuilding, or abuse by the driver. I agree with the abuse part....if you did it yourself(as in rebuild it)...and if you had a shop rebuild it ...i would take it right back there has got to be some sorta warranty. I have rebuilt many and never had one go out after 300 miles except on the drag strip from seriously pounding on it.
The 1994 Acura can have several problems to cause it from starting. Check for fire at the spark plugs, and check the crank and cam sensors for any issues.
Timing being off will cause a noticeable drop in vehicle's engine performance.

Be certain you have fully depressed the brake pedal with your foot. If this is so, maybe the switch controlling this is defective. If you are parked on an incline without the parking brake set, this will also happen. Placing the transmission in Park is not always sufficient - one also needs to set the handbrake in case the transmission fails while parked.
Cause it's not American. Buy a proper car!.... EH...WRONG! My 1990 Integra GS is doing this so I tested it, and it was throwing a code 9 which ir cylinder position sensor. Have you tested yours yet?

it is possibly your calipers and or rotors.
There is a problem with power to that part of the vehicle. Check fuses as well as all wiring. Make sure that the ignition switch is operating properly and turning power on to these areas.
The seat occupancy sensor ("Occupancy, Seat") does not affect how or how long the car runs. It may prevent the airbag from going off in a crash or worse may cause it to deploy incorrectly.
