The dose of ibuprofen is normally three to four times a day. So two tablets in less than 24 hours should do no damage to you in normal course. some patients get rash all over the body due to ibuprofen. Few others get spasm of the bronchial tree. They should not take the ibuprofen tablets.

∙ 7y agoIf you mean over-the-counter, two in one day is well within normal limits. If it is a prescription dosage, it depends on how your doctor wrote the script. But generally speaking, 2 in one day (24 hours) will not cause harm.
