It would depend on where you live. Probably nothing as Robb said. But, for example, if you live in a housing development, you may need permission from the Association. This would be because there may be regulations concerning the security of the pool, like Fencing. If you live in a rural setting, nothing will happen as there is most likely no regulatory agency.
Probably nothing.
You may need a permit to "blow up" a pool within the city limits or anywhere. However, if you are inflating the pool you probably do not need a permit.
You need a permit to build one in most populated areas. You need a permit to run a public pool. You don't need a permit to operate a private home swimming pool.
It would get wet and sink!
We would not have a nice pool to Swim in
As you already know, in some states you do need a permit to remove a pool.
it would get dirty
No you cannot, because the pool would leak and not work properly without the liner.
Permits are required in every part of the country.
Yes, I am sure that most things you do on your property require a permit.
In most cities such a structure as an inground pool will require a building permit. You will have to contact your local city hall to find out for sure.
Unless it hit you, nothing.
It would tip over but still float.
