Japan would have needed superior airplanes (which were being built at the time) and better weapons.
That would be very, very, very bad. We would all be controlled by Japan, as Japan's main goal was mass Imperialism. We would eat Japanese foods, have Japanese government, wear Japanese clothing, and use Japanese technology. We and many other countries (ex.China) would basically be a Japanese colony without freedom to govern ourselves, even after we Americans fought for so long to have our independence.
Most historians would agree that not a whole lot would have changed in terms of the outcome of the war itself. If Japan had been an ally of the US during the war, or even simply been a neutral party, chances are good that it would have simply sped the demise of the Nazis.
Most Historians and Political Scientists would also agree that it would have saved lives and resources, and would have significantly changed the shape of the world in terms of global politics in the future as many of the current tensions in Asia arose from the conduct of Japan during WWII.
We'd more than likely be looking at a very different world today had Japan not engaged in military action during World War II, and it likely would have significantly sped the end of the Nazi reign of Europe.
Keeping in mind the behavior of the Japanese during WWII as well as their treatment of the Chinese prior to the war, Japans victory would have heralded an age of barbarity that would have faded the persecution of the Jews in Europe into insignificance.
Looking back on Japan and World War Two, it can easily be said that Japan was unprepared to fight the US in a protracted war against the US. Japan did not have the resources to win that war when it is considered that Japan was heavily engaged within China, and eventually the UK in East Asia.If Japan had a population of double its size in the war, and had waited until it could build a huge air force and larger navy, it would have had a chance. Japan not only underestimated the power of the US, it over estimated its own power.
Japan did not build enough aircraft carriers or a larger submarine fleet to win WW 2. It also used its army inefficiently. It was tied up in China and could not defend its "island" empire in the Pacific Ocean.
then i guess the world would be named japan and all had to go with theirs belives and lifestyle... or we all would be killed
Many died....It ended the war with Japan. Can you be more specific ?
The U.S. used atomic weapons on the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki which effectively ended the Second World War .
Japan would be in control of all trade and navigation through out the Pacific Ocean. The Korean War and Vietnam War would never have been fought, because those countries would be part of the Japanese Empire.
They were compelled to enter into internment camps ; the same thing as a concentration camp .

the war would have happened, but it would have been way different (i believe) because japan was the one who started with it, not germany, so japan would have started a big war, but not as big as it was because of germany. and it would probably have ended before.
World War 2 started when Germany attacked Poland. The U.S. joined the war when we were bombed by Japan.
