They work independent of each other in this situation. Your blower motor may be worn,(brushes worn). I would take a test light to the hot lead at the fan motor to see if there is power to it ;if there is, that tells you the motor is shot.Get yourself a new blower motor if that is the case.
My car is going through the same issue with the A/C. You CAN replace the compressor clutch without replacing the compressor, but the caveat is that you can't tell if the compressor is any good without a clutch. So basically you are gambling that the compressor will still be good by only replacing the clutch. Hope this helps!
I had an 92 Honda accord that had 375,000 Miles on it and hit a wall and the motor still ran!
My 1994 Accord LX has 208,000 miles and is still going.
A master cylinder from a 1992 Honda Accord will fit on a 1995 model. Although the years are different the model is still from the same generation offering part interchangeability.
The motor in a 1991 Accord is interchangeable with the engine in a 1992 Accord. They are only slightly different but will still interchange with no problems.
I bought a new part for my 1995 Honda accord EX four trunk door but it still won't latch. Can you help?
The 2013 Honda Accord is the 9th generation of the Accord and most recent. The 2013 Honda Civic is technically still the 9th generation which came out in 2011. The 2013 Honda CRV is the 4th generation and the newest.
Most Honda Accords are manufactured at the Marysville, Ohio plant. The company is still Japanese owned.
EX-L means it is an EX with leather interior. I know that sounds stupid, but that is what Honda told us when my mother purchased her EX-L. The badging still shows EX though!
4 cylinder still have timing belt.
the connector is corroded
They do if it is an automatic transmission. The Prelude (except Si) has the same manual transmission as well. The Prelude Si has a slightly different manual transmission, but it will still fit into a 1986-1989 Accord.
