First off there is no V4 in a Toyota Camry. It is either a V6 or an (In-line), I4. There are many things that can cause it to not run. You need to narrow it down. It takes 3 basic things for the engine to actually run. Fuel, Air, & Spark. It may not run perfectly due to other factors, but it will fire and attempt to run if all three are present. If it does not run at all then one is missing. Start by determining which one of these you are missing. After determining which one you are missing, you will have a better idea where to look next. Wish I could help you more, but without more information, I would just be giving you a wild guess.
