What would make a 2001 Blazer 4wd make a noise like a broken belt in the tire on the drivers side front when turning right at any degree tires have been rotated but still have the noise?

front wheel bearings-- you need to buy the entire hub assembly---mine cost $377.00 each . If you don't have access to a 1 3/8 in. deep socket you better take it to the shop.
