What would make a dodge stealth act like it has a dead battery but it has a new one there's no gas gauge reading no fuel pump sound help?

clean battery terminals and replace cable ends, check also that the fuse from the alternator is not blown. The car needs min of 12 volts to start or it will just sit there and click Check the voltage gauge when you turn the ignition on if it is low it will not start
