It depends. Did you change the fuses, headlamp lights, and switch because of this problem? If so, you need to check the wiring and connectors to the lights. It is possible that there is either corrosion in the plug, or the wires are connecting somewhere.If the fault has occured since making the changes, then you need to check the wiring as described above. But you also need to check (and i know it sounds daft, but believe me I've seen it done!) if the bulb fitted is correct, i.e. single filament/double filament. Failing all that, start cecking the wiring from the switch to the lights, checking the connections on the back of the fuse box also.

How to replace a headlight on a toyota hiace van
For a number of years the "mirrors" were of poor quality. The entire assembly has to be replaced which is very expensive. In a number of countries Toyota replaces them for free, and I was so lucky.

The 1998 Toyota headlight have two adjustment screws. There is an adjustment screw on the top and bottom of the headlight. Turn the screws to adjust the headlight.
Open the hood of the engine compartment to your 1994 Toyota Corolla. Remove the wiring harness from the headlight. Remove the headlight retraining bolts from the headlight assembly. Reverse the process to install the new headlight.
you have to unscrew bulb from back of headlight ( twist then pull out), then the bulb is replaced and do the exact opposite to replace. There may be a small clip you can use a flat head screwdriver to help with this. Hope this helps.
The 1984 Toyota pickup truck headlight relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The headlight relay switch will be at the top of the third column.
