It is an ice cream treat on a stick. Vanilla ice cream covered with a hard chocolate shell with on a stick. (Similar to a fudgsicle, but vanilla in the middle instead of chocolate all the way through.)

I don"t think you should do that. My opinion would be to stick the chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge and let it get cold.
There are several ways to keep chocolate from hardening. 1: First, and most obvious, keeping the chocolate heated will prevent it from solidifying. 2: Second, keeping the chocolate on the move will not allow time for the chocolate to settle and solidify. 3: Third, diluting the chocolate ( for example, with milk ) will not let the chocolate stick together and turn into a solid.
You'll need:1 10 oz. bag of marshmallows1 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips12 lollipop sticks12 small candy bags with twist ties or ribbon1 Tablespoon vegetable oilRainbow decorettes or multi-colored jimmies, optionalWax paperInstructions:1. Line cookie sheet with wax paper.2. Stick three marshmallows on one lollipop stick. Repeat until all the marshmallows are gone. (You should have 12 sticks with marshmallows on them.)Tip: Stagger the marshmallows so that they're not all lined up exactly, and only push the top one on half-way.3.
