UPDATE: The official Peugeot 106 manual states this is 'Brake Pad Wear'. I would say they need replacing. Not massively expensive if you take it to a garage, though a friend with moderate car maintenance experience could be able to do this.

It means warning. Check your owners manual first. Usually its Brakes or Brake fluid.
Ur Brakes need to be changed.

It means someone does not have their seat belt on. If you have any packages sitting on a seat they may be triggering the switch. If you don't you may have a bad seat switch.
