If he is over the age of 18 contact police. Especially if you know address of where they are staying. If he is having sex with her and she is underage you can press statutory rape charges on him.

If the man is over the age of 18 you can press a charge called "Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor". It is a misdemeanor charge, if that does not help you then press the felony statutory rape charge. I would also recommend getting a protection order to keep him away. If he does not listen all you have to do is report it and that's it. He will be jailed. Also you need to consider your daughter, there may be something wrong that is making her not want to be home and she is simply looking for someone that cares about her. If that is the case don't press charges, just talk it through with them and come to an agreement. Be advised tho that as soon as she turns 16 she has reached the age of consent which will protect the man from any charges as long as he is within 3 years of age. (State of Ohio) You can still press a charge called Contributing the delivery of a minor or unlawful harboring of a runaway minor but those will the a lot of pressuring with the police. She would have to run away more than once to because all he has to say is "I thought she was kicked out so I let her stay here" and most judges will drop all charges.
