Its easier from the bottom (just make sure you use a engine support bar to hold the engine)
if you're going through the trouble of dropping the fuel tank, I'd just put a new one in and be done with it
I would doubt that you can find an aftermarket dipstick. I'd scour the junkyards. You might find one through a dealership, but they'll want an arm and a leg for it.
The horn fuse works through the cigeret lighter fuse
look up under the back window through the trunk and you will see them right there.
A bad PCV valve or a problem in the PCV system will cause this
I'd pick up a Haynes or Chilton manual for the car. It will walk you through the procedure.
Check under the hood for an obvious fuel leak. You might an injector leaking.
Car on level surface, engine warmed up, trans in park to check; add dextron lll fluid little by little through the same ( marked trans)dipstick with a transmission fluid funnel.These items are available at any mart store.
On the top of the transmission there is a red cap. that cap comes off and you add fluid through there.
You might be able to get one through a dealership, but I'll bet they're danged expensive. I'd check with local junkyards.
