You can get feedback on communications by asking someone to watch over your discussions and tell you what you need to improve and what you are good at (strengths & weaknesses.) You can also record your discussion and ask someone to watch/listen to it & see what they decide, you can even listen to it yourself and whoever was involved in the discussion.
