My research so far shows that a specific catalog for bead work entitled "Beads and Materials for Beadwork," was published by Ladies Art Company of St. Louis, MO circa 1920-1921, based on the addresses (3835-37 Finney Ave) of the catalogs I own and the St. Louis City Directory.
Indian Bead Work is mentioned as early as 1903 in magazine ads, but as far as I know the first LAC catalog specifically devoted to bead work are the ones mentioned above.
I can document the information above but, of course, there may be more information out there to be found on this subject. Hope this helps.
