That is correct. Note that the date is on the Julian Calendar; it would be November 21, 1620 on the modern (Gregorian) calendar.
The authoritative source is "Of Plymouth Plantation, 1620-1647" by William Bradford, Chapter IX. Bradford was a passenger on the Mayflower and became the governor of Plymouth Colony. "Of Plymouth Plantation" has never gone out of print and should be available from any book store or library. It's also available on-line in Google Books (link below).
