I believe your maintenance guide says 100,000 miles on a 'harsh duty' plan. I replaced mine after 105,000. I did it myself, but not because there was any roughness or anything. I just figured after 12 years they would be shot. I was wrong. They were actually in good condition. You would not have known they had that many miles on them. I would caution you if you are a do-it yourselfer that replacing the plugs will be a total pain in the ass unless they did the engine mods on the '99 model (dropped the engine 1" and moved the heater hoses away from the left bank. Also, you will need a vacuum tube or air gun to clean out all the grit sitting in the plug well before you pull them. Take extra care with the injector wire harnesses and secondary coils. Took me all day.
