The Animal Crossing 3DS UK release date has been put back to the first half of 2013. Nintendo Europe President Satoru Shibata apologised for the delay during the Nintendo Direct broadcast this morning, saying it was necessary to ensure quality.

You can purchase digital games from the US eShop, but you must buy $US wallet top-up cards, these are currency and country locked so again a £UK one will not work.
