When her parents know how much you and their younger daughter like each other and your families are close but they truly disapprove of a relationship wouldn't they try to break it up?
I think most of them would because most parents think that teens are to young to have a girl friend because they are still a kid. But some parents think that a kid who is a teen can have a girl friend because they are getting older and turning double digits. But no if two kids like each other their parents will not break it up . Love only happens once in a life time treasure it take care of it let it grow and blossom. You should become a secret couple. Some kids in my class are doing that it is the one way to make sure your parents will not break it up.
When an older guy and a younger girl really like each other but her parents truly disapprove wouldn't they try to stop it even if the families are close?
If your parents dissaprove you can do two things, #1 if you just can't win, you just need to find someone that ur parents do approve of. #2 you can tell your parents all the good things about him/her and tell how seriously you love him/her. It might not work but you could at least try! : ) good luck!
Answer Not much can be done to make someone's parents like you and to approve a relationship between you and their daughter. You might not want to rush them as you could be this girls first romance and maybe they aren't so worried about you as they are concerned about her. Maybe they think she's too young to get involved with a guy on a relationship basis and that's their right, she is their daughter.
