The sun will be setting all day on April 11, 2009. The Sun is ALWAYS setting. And rising.

As Alan Jackson said in his country-western hit, "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere". Half of the globe is in daylight, and the other half is in darkness. Separating the two is a ring of sunrises and sunsets all the way around the Earth. It is called the "terminator".
