The 2006 Honda Odyssey OEM plugs are the NGK Laser Iridium Long Life plugs, model IZFR5K11, sold at Sparkplugs.com for $12 each (expensive). All premium plugs come pre-gapped at .044" and should NOT be adjusted.
These are top of the line spark plugs that will last well over 150,000 miles...
I own of a 2006 Honda Odyssey Touring with 53,119 miles, I wanted to check out the Pulstar plugs to see if they live up to their hype - so I replaced the OEM NGK plugs with the Pulstar BE-1, which I purchased from Sparkplugs.com $12.95ea, the total with shipping for 6 plugs it came to $87.72.
The most I was hoping for was increased fuel efficiency as I've never come close to the EPA rating. Maybe increased horsepower.
Well, it makes a HUGE difference. I am astonished at the increased horsepower output. There is a major difference in the horsepower and acceleration. The Pulstar plugs have exceeded my expectations. I'm now ordering some for my Honda Accord that I use as my daily driver.
Owners Manual recommends the following maintenance schedule:
Plugs should last up to 60,000 miles, but you should check them at 15,000 mile intervals for wear, dirt, or corrosion.
If you are replacing them yourself, the auto parts supplier that you buy them from will have the correct gap in their computer.
Follow the directions in the owners manual provided by Honda.

specification on gapping spark plugs for 2006 chevy cobalt
If you are using platinum plugs, they should not require gapping. Use on what the manufacture has approved. You will get better service.
According to Honda, 105k miles. The maintenance schedule is at the link below. http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/OM/OD0101/OD0101O00236A.pdf
Should be about .035-.040. Platinum-tipped plugs rarely need gapping, and I highly recommend you use NGK or Denso plugs. One of those brands was original equipment. And, they come pre'gapped with a protective sleeve to make sure the gap is not altered during shipment. But they ain't cheap; about $6-8 apiece, but worth it if you love your Honda. I love mine!
NGK is an excellent plug for your Honda and is the OEM plug. But you can also install Denso plugs.
I believe that the gapping is .044" on this engine.
The recommended spark plug gap for a 2004 Honda Odyssey is .044" Keep in mind, many OE manufacturers (i.e. Denso, NGK) pre-gap their plugs for specific applications. If you happen to buy the iridium or platinum style plugs with the very thin center electrode, they should come pre-gapped. It can't hurt to check the gap before installing the plugs, but if any adjustment is necessary, do so with caution because the ultra-thin electrode may crack if any excessive pressure is placed on it.
From the 2006 Odyssey Manual: A is an oil change, 1 is rotate tires and 4 is replace spark plugs, and timing belt. Inspect water pump and valve clearance.
you can bye a gapping tool at your local auto parts store and they should also be able to tell you the gap which your spark plugs should be set. this tool should only cost you no more then 3.00$
It is in Odyssey manual page 324 (Maintenance minder). Under code B many things have to be checked including brakes, tires, tire rod ends etc. code 2 is to replace filters and 4 is to replace spark plugs and timing belt.
