the only thing to tighten is the spindle nut and i think that was 125 ft/lbs.
The torque needed to loosen a bolt or joint is often much higher than the torque needed to put the bolt in in the first place. There is no set value difference between the two, unfortunately.

Support vehicle properly on jack stands. Remove both front wheels. Remove lower ball joint nut and cotter pin. Remove axle nut (36MM). Seperate lower ball joint carefully. Pull axle from housing and from transmission. Reassemble in reverse order. Torque Axle nut to 105 ft./lbs Install new cotter pin in lower ball joint after tightening nut. Torque wheels to 80 ft.lbs. Drive away a happy Honda owner.

Raise and support the vehicle and place jackstands under the cradle. Vehicle weight should not be placed on the control arms.Remove the wheel assembly.Install drive axle boot protectors.Remove the cotter key from the ball joint nut and, using a ball joint removal tool, separate the ball joint from the steering knuckle.Drill out the ball joint retaining rivets. It may be necessary to chisel the drilled out rivets out of the control arm, even after drilling them "out."Remove the stabilizer bar bushing to control arm bolt.Pull the control arm downward and remove the ball joint from the steering knuckle and control arm.Reverse procedure to install. Torque the new ball joint attaching nuts to 50 ft lbs . The ball joint stud nut should be torqued to specifications, about 64 ft lbs.
