If you want to lose weight the natural way by exercising, then I give you a thumbs up! :)
Before you do though, you should let your body adapt to the new lifestyle. For example, if you are thinking of having like a "gym" or "workout schedule", you should begin by jogging and doing a LITTLE of different EASY exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, etc).
Once you body adjusts you can be on your way into fitting into that nice dress you have hanging in your closet. As for a diet, the same thing. Little by little start changing your ways of eating. You don't want your body to refuse new foods.
If you would like better advice and a personal weight loss plan, see your doctor or GP.
to find out how much a train weighs
Sure, make the train tracks from materials that (in total) are lighter (less dense) than water. Presumably you want the train tracks to support a train as well; in that case, the weight of a certain piece of train tracks, plus the total weight of the train, should be less than the weight of the water displaced by the train tracks.

You should train to get your first specialty attack and for example if it is a water gym and you have a fire type starter train to about lv 10 or close to first evolution. If it is a specialty in your favor like grass vs water just train to get your first specialty move.
