Right behind the distributor, in the very edge of the block.
You have to specify which engine. On my 1991 pickup with a 2.8 L V6 it's next to the oil filter. It's a 4.3 L V6, 89 S-10 Blazer!! Sorry about that!!

The oil pressure switch is directly behind the carburator. Between the distributor and the carb.
Which sending unit? Oil pressure sending unit? Engine temp sending unit? Fuel gauge sending unit?
Oil sending unit is under intake manifold, just behind the oil filter on the passenger side (difficult to see-use flashlight). Best option to change : Get everything to do an oil change, removal of the filter makes easier access.Read more: Where_is_the_oil_sending_unit_on_2000_Chevy_S-10_2.2
Need to know which sending unit, there are several, oil, temp, fuel,
UNDER HOOD, DRIVER SIDE, FRONT ENGINE AREA, BELOW EXHAUST MANIFOLD, MOUNTED IN ENGINE BLOCK.
YOUR ANSWER WILL MOST LIKELY BE A ''NO'' THE ''OIL'' SENDING UNIT DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE FUEL. (JUST OIL) THE JOB OF THE SENDING UNIT IS TO LET THE DRIVER KNOW THE HOW THE LUBRICATING SYSTEM IS WORKING.EX. LOW OIL PRESSURE ,OIL LEVEL IS LOW, HIGH OIL PRESSURE ETC THE SENDING UNIT WILL SENSE THE "CHANGE" IN THE LUBRICATING SYSTEM AND TURNS ON THE OIL LIGHT IN THE DASH BOARD.
Just foward and at the 10:00 position from the oil filter.
on a 2.8 Lt engine its by the oil filter
you have to drop the fuel tank and your fuel pump is in the tank. once you have dropped the fuel tank you must remove the fuel sending unit, the pump is attached to the sending unit.
Bad fuel pump?or bad relay, when you first turn on the key,the pump should purge fuel to start for around 5-10 seconds then when you car starts there is a oil/fuel sending unit that screws into the block behind the distributor, this will allow your fuel pump to work once your motor has oil pressure,if you have no or low oil pressure the sending unit will not supply 12 volts to the pump, the relay works when you first turn the ignition switch on then the sending unit takes over
