Hi, There is only one. It's located in the exhaust manifold and you should be able to see it when you look at that side of the engine.. Steve H.

is this car an automatic? take car to an automatic transmission shop. sounds like the torque converter is about worn out

You will lose power and gas mileage. You possibly will damage the oxygen sensors.
I had to have mine replaced> Think they are on the back board near the top if you're looking near the windsheild???
