This is from WikiPedia. General Motors produced a plain pushrod (OHV) straight-4 engine for the J-body compact cars and S-series trucks. it could very well be that one or two of you spark plugs are cross threaded, you should check for lots of oil around the top of the plugs, and the other thing it could be is ignition.
