All four are on the top of the engine.the first two are easy to get to the second two are under the coils. There is a series of four pluggs two of which are screwed down. Unscrew these and you can easily remove the first two pluggs. The second two arnt as easy. The connecters arnt screwed down, but under are the coils you have to remove them with a special tool to get to the spark pluggs underneath.

Remove each of the coils then remove and replace the plugs
Put Denso or NGK plugs and they will already be gapped within exceptable specs out the box
generally on a Toyota 3.0 either in a Camry or an Avalon you need to remove the upper intake- also known as the plenium- to gain access to the back spark plugs. You will need to make sure that you have a new gasket for the plenium to avoid any vac. leaks
