one of the worst experiences I have had is dealing with the Boston BBB, I went to their website to leave a positive experience comment I had with a company that I hired and did a really good job at my home. well I went through all the motions and posted my experience comment, well a few days later the Boston BBB contacted me by email and told me in order to post my positive comment feedback I had with that company I needed to verify who I was, so they sent me a link with a password so I could log in, so I could give all my info' full name, phone number address, email address etc. well I went to go log in and it would not take the pass word they gave me, I tried for almost a half hour to do so,( I also noticed it was a link to a business log in and I am not a business I am a consumer, so to no avail I did the on line chat from the Boston BBB website, and told them the same thing and also told them I was not a business as well and that they sent me a link to a business log in no a consumer login link ?, doe's the Boston BBB know what they are doing ?? i told the BBB customer service representative the problem I was having, well after about another 25min or so the customer service representative told me they have been having problems with there website, so I told them why would the BBB send me a email with a password and tell me to go and log in and put me through all these hoops knowing they had problems with there website and that knowing this' that i would not be able to do what they asked of me, and knowing they sent me a business log in link as well, I got real tired listening to what they were telling me because they had no idea what they were doing in the first place. so i ended the chat real fast after all the non sence they were feeding me, so i just went to the main page and made a account with the Boston BBB on my own with all my info (everything) and left my comment again on the company that did a great job on my home' so after all this it would not take my comments again.. anyway I ended up with the same problem, even after creating a account and logging in with the Boston BBB as a consumer and leaving all my correct info I was still unable to leave my positive comments..... so now i am not totally fed up with the Boston bbb with wasting all my time I will never go the the bbb again for anything, the Boston bbb should be shut down, they are a useless institution, absolutely worthless, and they do not know what they are doing, if they could not help me with a very small problem, what do you think they can do for you ? in helping you find a good place to do business with ? I hope everyone that reads this and has had a similar experience please post a follow up like I did and took the time to do so, consumers need to know what they are up against before they go to the Boston BBB to leave any comment or seek help' they need to know not to go to the Boston bbb for anything because one there knows what going on or how to do anything, you cant even leave proper info if one wanted too. well at least at the Boston BBB they are worthless, when dealing with a company its might be better just to try and contact other people they did business with instead of easting ones time with the Boston BBB.....
If we have a problem with the arguing CSR's at the Better Business Bureau, and the CSR took money from a business, but the business wasn't ready to be a member, they didn't give back the money, so now what? The business couldn't display the BBB logo on its Website, because of technical problems, and needed to wait 6 months to get the Website problem fixed. Should the BBB give back the 6 months knowing that the business had no logo on its site? Should the BBB give back the money but has threatened to give a very low rating about the business, even if the business doesn't have a single complaint. Question: how does a business complaint about the BBB fi the business has been ripped off by the BBB?
go online to bbb.org fill out all the information about your complaint and they will let you know what will happen with your complaint.

I would contact the customer service department and then contact the better business bureau to file a complaint.
