if you take out the front passenger wheel youll se the tranny housing, there youll see two caps, the lower one has a 3/8 square in which you put a 3/8 ratchet, this one is the drain, you'll see another some inches higher that has a 17mm head, this one is the fill cap, you must put the car level in stands and fill trough the upper hole until it reaches that hole.
heres a pic OS the caps

Also don't use Transmission Fluid.
Does a honda accord 95 automatic have a transmition filter?
Atf is fine for use in power steering except for Honda (requiring Honda fluid), and Audi (requiring mineral 7.1 or 11s) The major difference between atf and p/s fluid is that atf has friction modifers. harmless for hydrulics, nessacary for transmissions to shift smooth.
what kind of transmission fluid does a 5 speed manual honda civic take?
No, it requires 5 speed Honda MTF gear oil which is in the 40 weight range.
type2
Honda manual transmission oil, go to your Honda dealer.
3.8
its a closed for life transmition
how do you find out how to check the transmition in a isuzu rodeo
If auto through the dipstick tube
check your cables/ wires and change you transmition fluid and filter. i wiggeled a wire to my transmition and it hasn't done it since, but its only been three weeks. good luck!!
Lack of transmition fluid can be the problem if not it should be taken to a mechanic for checking before it brakes. having a transmition repaired is a costly deed.
