The gun was made by Marlin for Sears. We carry a complete line of new parts for that gun, as well as stocks. email@example.com
i ordered one from bass pro shop which i had to do a slight modification but all in all works good
We need to know a Model 31 WHAT? If you are referring to a firearm, the serial number is NOT a sticker on the stock.
i have an old Sears rifle with a busted stock , does this thing have any value?
Whatever model the maker called it that made it for Sears. Go to Proofhouse.com for a store brand chart.
Yes it is
That is basically a Savage Model 94 as made for Sears. Stocks are widely available from internet sources.
No, it will not. Check this website for a 1400 stock and forearm. Under the description it specifically states that it will not fit the sears 300 model. http://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/PROD/1400stocks/RAM14111
The serial number on a Winchester model 53 is on the bottom of the receiver, just behind the foregrip stock.
Somewhere between 1963 and 1980. Sears used the JC Higgins brand through 1962, and quit selling firearms in 1980. The 273 number is NOT a serial number, it is a Sears stock (catalogue) number. If there is no other serial number, would have been manufactured before 1968, when Federal law began to require serial numbers on rifles and shotguns.
I have one for sale. Message me @ firstname.lastname@example.org
Try gunpartscorp website. They have a cross reference to find the make and model of your Sears shotgun.
If it was manufactured prior to 1968 it probably doesn't have one. If it was made later, it should be someplace obvious on the bottom or side of the receiver. Try looking on the left side of the barrel, right under the model and cal. If it has one, it will be located there. The serial number may be located under the butt plate on the stock. I found mine there with a symbol I still cannot identify. The Model 25 has no serial number. It was made before serial numbers were required on .22 rifles
Looking 4 a stock 4 a huntmaster model 33 A 22 cal
