My '95 LTC had it in the trunk behind the trunk lining on the left side. My daughter's Ford Explorer has it in a similar location, on the metal that's behind the left side panels at the rear of the car. My guess is the 90 LTC also has it in the trunk behind the left side trunk liner, but I don't know for sure.
