The relay is located under the right side head light. You will have to remove the battery. Also the head light. They say your suppose to remove the front bumper but Iwas able to replace the relay without taking the bumper off.Follow the wiring back under where the head light sat inside the fender well. They hid it pretty good.Iam going on my third relay and I think the cause may be that Iam not getting a good ground on the relay causing it to over heat and go out..But still doing some research. http://autorepair.about.com/library/faqs/bl581g.htm
I did a failure analysis on the two that went bad on my Jeep and found that the semi-conductor relay had a manufacturing flaw. The unit is basically a power transistor. On the current carrying side of the transistor the manufacturer laser welds approx. 6 wire conductors. I found that 4 out of the 6 were not welded therefore leaving 2 to carry the current for fan operation. After a while the two conductors burn out because of the excess current carrying demands that's imposed upon them which causes a dramatically decreased life span.
New Echota.
Most of them got relocated into what is now known as Oklahoma.

The location of the cooling fan relay on a Vauxhall Corsa is under the dash. It is in the relay box on the driver's side.
Passenger side, bottom of the windshield support post
between engine and tranny, on the top connected to pipe cooling system
Most vehicles locate that sensor close to the thermostat housing.

It's possible to use your schematics to locate the sensor relay to find it, but if you are in a crash, and it is missing, your insurance will be very upset. Good luck
Jeep does not have one could be the relay or bad pump.
Its one of the wires coming off the positive (+) terminal of the battery. Don't burn yourself on the exhaust manifold
Toolpartsdirect can sell you replacement parts and even have schematics to help you locate different key components of the tool. Bosch also has parts for sale, which can be purchased at a local dealer.
