I would first try your local salvage yard. If they cannot help, then go to a body shop. They can order you one. Cost, I do not have a clue.
Getting this bumper new is not possible. You'll have to post that you are looking for one on a salvage web site and if and when one becomes available, they will let you know. You'd be better off looking for one yourself through Hemmings Motor News or Toronado groups such as on Yahoo Groups. You may even have to find a core and have it rechromed. I know all this because I've had to replace mine.
Yes, every toronado ever made was front wheel drive.
Only if it is a Toronado
Being that the position of the front wheel drive axles is critical, you may have to do a body lift.
Chevy made the 305, Oldsmobile made a 307v8 that was in the 1985 toronado. dextron fluid is what you want and if you have a leak it is probably pan gasket or maybe front pump seal on tranny-my front punp seal started leaking on my 1983 toronado at 300,000 miles with a 307
I believe it is located underneath the front bumper.

Costs will vary when replacing a front bumper on a Land Rover depending on location. However, it is relatively inexpensive and easy to replace a bumper on a Land Rover.
Open hood and follow side of engine on the front. Should see it. It will be right in middle of car. Easiest to change from bottom though
under the front bumper. you need a flathead to undo a flap
Behind the front bumper in front of the radiator, kinda to the passenger side. Easier to see with the hood open.
there are 6 10mm bolts that hold the bumper. you will have to remove your mudcover. then there are 6 bolts on the inside of the bumper (3 on each side by the wheel) and 2 pins that hold it (by the hood release) these you pry of with a flat screwdriver. after removing these you should be able to remove the bumper
under the front bumper there is a door that you take a screwdriver and twist the lock and the door will open and the filter will be looking at you in the face
