Losing 18 pounds in 4 days is just idiocy! Quick fixes are not the answer. A safe amount of body FAT to lose in 7 days is 2 pounds. Eat right and exercise regularly to get lasting results. You have to have a lifestyle change because if you do lose body fat and go back to your old lifestyle (what you eat etc) then you will put it straight back on and probably more. It takes dedication and a lot of hard work to lose body fat and keep it off. Oh and you will be hungry because if you take something away from the body (calories) it is going to react (hunger in this case).
