Hello:
If you are referring to the single light bulb that illuminates the gear positions: P-R-N-D-L, it is available from just about any good auto parts store. I bought
one for my daughter's Tiburon from A&A Auto Stores. It is a Wagner bulb; the
part number is: W31-2723, and lists for $2.20. They sold it to me for $1.59.
The local Hyundai Dealer's Parts Dept. would love to see you purchase the entire
assembly ( bulb, socket and pigtail ) from them for about fifty dollars plus installation !!!! If you are looking for a replacement for the manual / auto shift ( + - ) bulbs, Radio Shack sells a 12 volt / 25 mA mini lamp that can be inserted into the removable bulb holders. You must first remove the clear heat-shrink tubing and CAREFULLY, repeat CAREFULLY remove the insulation with a hobby knife or
razor blade, preferably a dull one ! This is extremely fine multi-strand wire and
will cut and break very easily ! Once this is done, twist the strands together well
and insert into the holes in the grey plastic bulb holder. Wrap the excess around
the outside of the holder, inserting each strand into the vertical slots as the
original bulbs were. Replace the tiny square plug in the bottom of the holder and
trim off the excess. Insert the bulb and holder into the hole in the PC board and
give a quarter-turn to lock in place. I know all this seems tedious but it works
great and is way cheaper than spending fifty-five dollars plus installation to have
the dealer fix the problem !
I engineered this little fix myself and I hope all you Tiburon owners find it helpful.

If you are afraid of breaking something take it to a garage.
Brake light switch, goto your Hyundai dealership, buy the part for $15 and install it
Generally Exit lights have very little ventilation and the bulbs are continuously heated and burn out faster. Some have vent holes but they want you to replace the bulbs which are costly after a while.
Two P21 bulbs and at at the top of the rear window 5 X T10 5watt bulbs or 16 led type depending the country the car was sold.
Front or rear, turn signal or reverse lights, dome light or dash? Most bulbs are stamped on them what they are. Most autoparts stores can tell you in about 2 minutes. good luck
Yes go to autozone they can provide the correct bulbs.. They are a little tricky to take out you have to disassemble the dash..
This is true of LED lights
on some cars the tail lights and brake lights are totally different bulbs gain access to the bulbs and have someone push the brakes so that you can determine which bulbs are the brake lights and replace the tail lights
were your plates are at if you look under were the caps that shield the light bulbs there should be like two tabs that you sort of pinch together and then pull down were the shield caps should remove entirely and then unplug old bulbs and plug the new ones in and again pinch two tabs together when you cover bulbs again
Try Replacing turn signal flasher
I have a 95 GC ZJ that had the same problem- pull your tail lights, you probably have 1157 bulbs in your brake lights, and they work fine. The dash comp reads these as not working, the proper bulbs are 2057, different resistances. Swap em out, dash fault gone. If that doesnt fix it- check the little bulbs on the sides of the tail light assembly, there little push in bulbs- replace if needed i have this same problem with my 98 try checking the little lights at the top of the hatch just behind the glass.
its on different bulbs
