turboyou mean turbo charger surley it's not super charged you'll probably have to find one in a junk yard or on eBay I doubt any one will rebuild on because they turn so many rpm's they have to be perfectly balanced.stock turbos only make about 10 pounds of boost any way they might as well not even be there if I was you I would kick out for a new performance turbo from summit or jegs with the extra 20 or 30 pounds of boost you'll feel like the fastest thing on the road.

Correction, no the Mk1 MR2(Aw11) was available in supercharged form in 1988 and 1989, I own an 89. The MK1 MR2 was not available with a turbo. It featured many advancements in forced induction at the time such as putting an electromagnetic clutch on the supercharger when not in use to improve fuel economy, and featured an LED light on the dash to tell you when manifold pressure was positive(boost). The superchargers are quite rare but some do replace them with turbos if they break or to get more power, as the stock ecu and engine was built to be forced inducted engine (supercharged or turbo charged) They are quite rare but I would look at Japanese engine importers.
