Your friendly local library.

Any license psychologist can do it. Also most schools have counselors and they could theoretically could do it. Find out information from your guidance counselor (In the USA) OR any person responsible for student orientation)

If its an adult, you may check mental health counselors, psychologist, or even your family doctor could refer you to someone.

It does not necessarily always cost too much to have a psychologist administer an IQ test. There is no reason why you can't shop around. Online IQ tests are inaccurate as they do not base their tests on research or up-to-date norms. Rather they tend to provide extremely inflated scores, and then follow up with an offer to provide you with a full (and inaccurate) analysis of just how brilliant you are for a fee. They are scams.

So I guess your options are this:

1. Pay a psychologist to administer an IQ test in order to find out your IQ score
   
2. Do an online "IQ test", however know that the result will not be your IQ score
   
3. Realise that while professionally-administered IQ tests are the best measure of intelligence we have, they still do not provide a perfect and complete picture of your level of intelligence, if such a thing can even be accurately measured.

Psychologists and neuropsychologists give IQ tests as part of the battery of tests they have you do. There are also places like Mensa that administer tests.

But there's not really much of a reason for someone to have an IQ test. It doesn't mean much on its own and is pretty much useless in any day-to-day situation.
