dingos came to Australia about 200 years ago in the hull of a ship

I think 200 years is a BIT OFF the mark! Dingoes are believed to have come to Australia with Asian seafarers. Scientists have dated a skeleton at 3500 years, but believe dingoes could have been here 3500 - 10,000 years.
The aboriginal people have been here 40,000 to 60,000 years. They 'domesticated' some as companion animals, and also used them as hunting dogs.
the dingo is a true blue fair dinkim Aussie animal. But that dosent mean it was first originated from here they were first found in parts of Asia like a zillion years ago.of course there not there now.

Dingoes were brought to Australia by early migrants (Aborigines) perhaps 50 thousand years ago. They were (and still are, in remote parts of Australia) hunting companions to the indigenous population.
Aborigines use them in other ways, including bed-warming! The group 'Three Dog Night' chose their name after hearing this term used to describe a particularly cold night in Central Australia.
Pure-bred Dingoes are identified by their sandy-coloured coat with white points (feet and tail-tip). They inter-breed with domestic dogs, but they are more likely to attack them.
Dingoes have been persecuted by graziers (and others) since the coming of Europeans, and they survive mostly in remote areas, although there is a healthy population living on Fraser Island, a heavily-trafficed tourist destination on the South Queensland coast.
Dingoes were far more capable predators than any native Australian animal and hunted several local predators out of existence, such as the Tasmanian devil and Thylacine (both of which survived on Tasmania island where dingoes were not introduced).
The dingo was introduced to Australia over 3000 years ago from Asia
Dingoes are not native to Australia. They were brought to Australia from Asia by the Aborigines, and thrived on a continent where they were apex predators with little competition.
Because they are Asian
No. There are no wolves in Australia. The only native canine found in Australia is the dingo, and even that did not originate here.
No dogs came from Australia. The first member of the canine family in Australia was the dingo, but it did not originate in Australia. The dingo was brought to Australia by the Aboriginal people from Asia many thousands of years ago.
